observed, degreaser, glass cleaner, disinfectant, assorted 5spray bottles of chemicals, and gallon concentrated chemicals placed atop the low temp dishwasher. some tipped over on the final exit panel of the dishwasher. proper storage of facility chemicals were discussed with manager on duty. use of a designated area, or a designated spot reviewed. manager removed all chemicals to floor, below the warewashing equipment. corrected Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed employee wiped shirt on face, then handle trashcan then transitioning into handling pizza dough. Employee was stopped before touching pizza dough and rewashed his hands at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
