Establishment was not operating at the time of inspection.*** A separate stainless-steel NSF approved food preparation sink is required as determined by the Department for the proper rinsing/thawing of food items. Drain line must be indirectly plumbed to a floor sink with an approved minimum 1-inch air gap. Connect the prep sink to hot and cold water. (MCEHC §8.1.8g (1), (a))***Unable to verify if chemical dispensers at the 3-compartment sink and mop sink have an internal air gap. Ensure all chemical dispensers have an approved air gap ASSE 1055A.***Provide a shared use agreement between Sprouts and Oumi Sushi to use the 3-compartment sink, prep sink and mop sink.
