Observed food employee submerge tray in quat sanitizer solution at 3-compartment sink for 10 seconds. Per manufacturer’s recommendations for sanitization, contact time with sanitizer shall be no less than 1 minute. Food-contact surfaces shall be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Food-contact surfaces sanitized using quaternary ammonia shall be sanitized with a contact time according to manufacturer's specifications. Food employee washed hands and properly washed/rinsed/sanitized tray at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
