Inspector's notes

Observed cans of tomato juice with dents along seal and some with significant dents in the side of the cans as well. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. PIC separated the damaged cans. A designated area will be used to store damaged cans until removal from the establishment. Swollen, rusted and cans dented on any of the 3 can seams (top, bottom, side) or deep, sharp dents should be considered unsafe. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed cooler containing butter with a minimum temperature of 44.4°F and the butter with internal temperatures between 45°F and 55°F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Butter was pulled from shelves and discarded all other coolers reached min temp of 35.6°F and food inside was 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
