Person in charge indicated the sink had been replaced and they were still working on the installation. Person in charge indicated that they are currently using the 3-compartment sink for hand washing upon leaving the restroom; person in charge was informed that 3-compartment sink is only meant for food contact surfaces and they should use their designated hand sink in front or mop sink for hand washing until the bathroom hand sink is turned on. All hand sinks in the establishment must have a supply of hot and cold water, hand soap, and hand drying provisions. The manager came in and turned the sink on at time of inspection.
