Observed inside large walk in area behind catering section with three extra large full containers of cooling pinto beans stopped 1x3 on small movable rack. Internal temperature of top beans internal temperature was 44*F-49*F. Middle beans container was also 44*F-50*F internal temperature. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC confirmed in/ternal temperatures. Per sticker all containers were prepared 8/17. Today is 8/18. PIC discarded all three extra large containers. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
