Dishes washed since opening were re-washed in three compartment sink with proper chlorine concentration. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sanitizer bucket to measure 200ppm of chlorine. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Approved sanitizer concentration for chlorine is 50-100ppm. Staff remade sanitizer bucket concentration. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Pipes under warewashing machine shall be free of dust and no bare wood shall be present in warewashing area. Repair two compartment sink in bar to be operating. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
