Observed stand up refrigerator closest to the east wall gasket to be in disrepair and ambient temperature to measure 44-46*F. Instructed staff to keep all TCS foods in alternative refrigeration units. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Employee observed touching face and personal items while prepping food and proceeded to grab a knife to continue cutting veggies. Employee was advised to wash hands and they properly washed hands. Discussed examples of when to wash hands. Discussed glove use limitations. Per FDA Food Code 2017, food employees must wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of the hands this includes handling raw meats, touching bare human body parts (except arms), coughing or sneezing, using the toilet, and handling dirty equipment or utensils. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed accumulation of dirt in kitchen on wall behind stove top and on spice bottles. Bottles in bar fridge are dirty as well as where the joining of wall and floor in fridge becoming rusty. Between wooden planks on bar floor have accumulation of dirt. As well as women's bathroom has gap between wall and tile allowing accumulation of dirt. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Discussed filling in bathroom floor gab with grout with person in charge. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
