Observed ice scoop kept inside ice machine with handle in contact with the ice. In-use utensils may not be stored in ice between uses in order to prevent cross contamination. PIC moved ice scoop to clean container outside of ice machine at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
