Observed some organic matter on the inside of the soda fountain nozzles. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter in the nozzles. The person in charge cleaned the nozzles at time of inspection. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a heavy accumulation of organic matter in the floor drain at the soda fountain nozzle. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drain on a more frequent basis to prevent the heavy accumulation of food debris/soils in the floor drain. The person in charge will clean the floor drain. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed an employee that was handling food and prepping sandwiches, and then the employee was observed handling money at the cash register and then without washing their hands, was observed grabbing gloves to prepare another customer's sandwich. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Met with manager Jerry Fox and multiple corporate representatives on site to review stipulation agreement items. The only remaining items to complete are obtaining the rest of the Certified Food Protection Manager certifications and the unannounced stipulation inspection. The CFPM certifications will be provided to supervisor via email once they are obtained. Reviewed corrective action plan, temperature policies, and temperature checking procedures for cold holding. All items looked great. Observed the temperature check procedures being completed by staff, and they are being done correctly and recorded in the logs accurately.

Per PIC items were put out at the start of the day (8am). Cooler had ambient temperature of 40.8*F. Items were moved to walk-in to rapidly cool, all TCS food to be maintained at 41°F or less.
