Observed sliced roast beef, and open package of hot dogs in walk-in cooler. Employee said the roast beef was sliced on 10/31, and the hotdogs were opened on 11/1. Items were date marked at time. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety food items are date marked to be discarded within 7 days of preparation or removal from packaging.
