In the walk in cooler, observed two boxes of raw egg cartons stored above a shelf of syrup, juice, heavy whipping cream, and lemons. In a small reach in cooler by the cooking line, observed raw eggs stored above various bags of leafy greens. All raw foods must be stored below ready to eat foods to prevent cross contamination.
