Inspector's notes

Establishment had no handwashing sink installed in the back of facility. No handwashing sink was present within 25 feet of three compartment sink and food prep area. Owner stated handwashing sink and two compartment sink was removed and three compartment sink was installed in place. Ensure handwashing sink is reinstalled prior to reinspection. Establishment shall use three compartment sink to wash hands and sanitize utensils and equipment. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
