Observed build-up of organic matter on soda nozzles near hot dog roller. PIC replaced nozzles at the time of inspection. Discussed cleaning frequency with the PIC. Soda nozzles must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed an accumulation of biomass inside several nozzles of the soda station. Discussed cleaning frequency of non-food contact surfaces with PIC. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
