Observed baby German cockroach carcasses throughout the kitchen cabinets and drawers at time of inspection (15+). Per PIC, management is aware of the issue and pest control services are rendered on-site every 2 week until the pests are eliminated. All drawers and cabinets have been vacated of dishware and utensils prior to inspection. No live cockroaches were observed during inspection. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by next routine inspection. All dishes to be washed and sanitized in 3-compartmnet sink until mechanical warewashing unit can produce a temperature of 160*F or more. Recommended utilizing temperature logs for unit.
