Observed separated/missing caulking along with black organic matter on existing caulking along the hand was sink on the prep table, the prep table, three compartment sink and the mop sink. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) all fixed equipment shall be spaced enough away from the wall for proper cleaning or be sealed with caulking to create a smooth and cleanable surface to prevent the accumulation of contaminants. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a frozen liquid buildup in the dessert freezer in the back of the kitchen near the office. Discussed with PIC to address the leak and clean up the frozen liquid buildup to prevent contamination of foods and to keep from storing foods under the leak. No contamination observed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
