The atmospheric vacuum breaker at the mop sink has been replaced. The drainpipes under the ware washing sink were elevated but did not provide an inch air gap. Please shorten the end of the drainpipes under the sink to at least 1" above the finished grade of the floor.

Please address the following items prior to the next routine inspection: 1. Provide side splash guard on the left side of the hand sink in the ware washing area or switch the direction of wash/ rinse/ sanitze. 2. Provide minimum 1" air gap from the bottom of the pipe to the floor for the drainpipe from the 3-compartment sink.
