Observed multiple dead insects on the ground near the large mixer and bread refrigerator. Dead pests shall be removed from the establishment at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. No live pests observed onsite. PIC instructed employee to clean up dead insects at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discussed with Chef that hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food establishment.
