Observed three compartment sink in produce back of house sink legs bent, not allowing the sink to stand properly. Waste water drain observed not aligned with floor drain. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Store manager put work order in for 3 comp sink at time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. **Second Consecutive Violation**

Observed several fridge doors open, discussed with manager about ensuring all doors are closed to help TCS foods maintain 41*F or lower.Discussed cleaning refuse area to ensure no liquid pooling and no insect activity.

Observed three compartment sink in produce section not attached to wall. Legs of sink were at an angle not allowing the sink to stand properly, with drain not aligned with floor drain. Chemical dispenser for 3 comp sink was detached from wall. Store manager stated that the sink is often not in use. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Store manager put work order in for 3 comp sink at time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
