At the hand wash sink near pass through doors to back kitchen area, observed the maximum water temperature at 81F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F at all times. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved .......Observed a spray nozzle attached downstream from an atmospheric vacuum breaker at the mop sink with the water valve turned on. Discontinue maintain shut-off valves downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. The PIC removed the spray nozzle. Also, at the three compartment sink, observed the spray arm hanging below the flood rim of the sink. Maintain at least a one inch air gap between the water source and the flood rim of the sink. The spray arm was lifted up onto hook. Recommend repairing the spray arm as needed. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
