Observed satin finish paint in back area and restrooms of the facility. Did not observed FRP or similar splashable material around the mop sink walls. The wall material must be installed 12" minimum above the mop sink faucet to the top of the mop sink. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Informed Person in charge (PIC) an establishment needs a clear, visible sign or poster that notifies food employees where to wash their hands and shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Observed no sanitizer at 3 bay sink. Asked Person in charge (PIC) their method for cleaning food-contact surfaces. PIC stated they only wash and rinse. There was no sanitizer available in the facility. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Instructed PIC to go get sanitizer and rewash the food-contact surfaces. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
