Observed accumulation of trash/garbage in the back for pick up in garbage area. As per PIC said they are not picking up the dumpster throughout the week leading it to be overfilled and can lead to an increase of flies in the area. Would recommend increasing the frequency of dumpster pick up and getting into contact with the city for the cafeteria to minimize objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents. 5-502.11 - Core: Frequency-Removal
