Observed some organic matter on the inside of some of the soda fountain nozzles, particularly the diet soda and tea nozzles at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles on a more regular basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside the nozzles. The person in charge will have the soda fountain nozzles cleaned. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed some organic matter and debris in the floor drain for the soda fountain that is behind the locked door into the back room/3-comp area. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drains on a more frequent basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter inside the floor drains. The person in charge will have the floor drains cleaned. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
