Observed a sanitizer spray bottle that was testing well above the 150-400 parts per million range for quat sanitizer according to the sanitizer testing strips. Discussed with person in charge to use sanitizer testing strips on a regular basis. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
