Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. In-use automatic low temperature dishwasher dispensing at less than 50 ppm. Manager had recently washed ware sanitized manually in the 3 comp sink. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels.

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer at automatic low temperature dishwasher at less than 50 ppm and quaternary sanitizer in 3 comp sink at less than 100 ppm. Per manager both had been used today. Manager re-made sanitizer in the 3 comp to the label directions of 150-400 ppm and re-sanitized equipment washed earlier today. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels.
