Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer at automatic low temperature dishwasher at less than 50 ppm and quaternary sanitizer in 3 comp sink at less than 100 ppm. Per manager both had been used today. Manager re-made sanitizer in the 3 comp to the label directions of 150-400 ppm and re-sanitized equipment washed earlier today. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels.

Manager certification has expired and no currently certified manager is present. Manager stated they are scheduled for exam in the next week.
