Observed cheese at 44, ambient temp at 46F with min/max thermometer at kids club fridge by outer door. Manager embargoed foods in fridge over 4 hours, and moved back to reach in fridges foods that had been there less than 4 hours. Ensure that all TCS foods in cold holding areas are kept at 41F or less. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
