Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Noted the 3 compartment sink which is also used as a food prep sink has a direct drain connection. Discussed proper indirect connections for ware washing and food prep sinks. Also noted there are no backflow prevention devices on either the inside or outside mop sink threaded faucets. At the time of inspection, the outside faucet had two hoses connected that bridged the air gap. Reviewed required back flow prevention and the employee disconnected the hoses. The refrigerator currently used by Kid's Express is a home-style unit and was holding TCS food (cheese) at the time of inspection. Discussed use of NSF or equivalent equipment for storage of TCS food.
