Person in charge had someone look at the water heaters who stated they were turned off but turned them on at the time of inspection. Hot water was available by the end of the inspection (measured at 102*F). Discussed the importance of having hot water available at all times of at least 100*F throughout the establishment to properly wash hands/sanitize food contact surfaces.
