Observed no hand drying provision at hand wash sink in back next to 3 compartment sink. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed sticky residue on the cabinets and handles underneath the soda machines and slushy station. Observed sticky floors near the employee walk-in entrance and in the back room where the three-compartment sink is located. Informed PIC that these areas need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the accumulation of debris. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. PIC stated they were aware of the sate of the onions and that the onions in question were of an old batch that were planned to be discarded later today. PIC specified that the onions in question have not been used to restock relish provision for customer consumption. PIC voluntarily discarded minced onions at time of inspection as they stated.
