Inspector's notes
Observed no mop sink present in the establishment. PIC informed that they have been dumping the mop water outside. Informed PIC that a mop sink is required to be installed for the dumping of mop wastewater. The mop sink must be curbed on all sides, provided with hot and cold water, sloped to the drain, and draining into a sanitary sewer system. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
