Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Manager stated that some TCS foods that are re-heated for service, but are not put out to serve are cooled after lunch. The only hand washing sink available is by the toilet room, down a hall from the kitchen and not at all visible from any food handling areas (prep, service and ware washing). The sneeze guard for service is on the portable cold well table behind the service counter, more than one foot wide. The food must be served in front of the sneeze guard to allow the children to reach it, effectively negating the sneeze guard protection.
