Observed four trays of folded eggs ranging from 114*F - 130*F in the moffat machine. Person in charge (PIC) voluntarily discarded - see embargo form. Also, observed 4 pieces of canadian bacon ranging from 110*F to 130*F in the hot holding unit. PIC stated the canadian bacon was just prepared and reheated to 165*F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
