Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Shredded cabbage, tofu, raw meats, bean sprouts and cooked noodles in the inner cold table at 45*F to 52*F internally. The meats had been in the unit less than 2 hours and were moved to another cooler. The other TCS food was in the unit more than 2 hours and was embargoed. Manager discarded.
