All cold holding equipment must maintain ambient temperatures of 41*F and below. According to kitchen manager, all food had been placed in the refrigerator in the morning. All food was removed from refrigerator at time of inspection. A work order was placed and a re-inspection will be conducted by 4/4/24. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
