Observed residue on the bottom of the walls in the shared meat/dairy walk-in cooler. As per Person in Charge (PIC), it was an adhesive left behind from having the old sliding/baseboards removed. Recommended PIC to remove residue or replace it with tightly fit and sealed sliding/baseboards. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Discussed installing a quick-release connection and ensuring hose is disconnected from faucet/chemical dispenser when not in use. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
