Observed no Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on duty at the time of inspection. Employee was able to contact PIC to come in. PIC was able to provide his up to date CFPM. observed bottles of motor oil and break fluid on a shelf stored above bottles of wine and energy drinks. PIC relocated wine and energy drinks to a storage area. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a large amount of pink and translucent slimy organic matter in the floor drain near the creamer station. Informed PIC that the floor drains need to be kept clean and free of build-up.
