Observed no Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on duty at the time of inspection. Employee was able to contact PIC to come in. PIC was able to provide his up to date CFPM. A CFPM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

observed bottles of motor oil and break fluid on a shelf stored above bottles of wine and energy drinks. PIC relocated wine and energy drinks to a storage area. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a large amount of pink and translucent slimy organic matter in the floor drain near the creamer station. Informed PIC that the floor drains need to be kept clean and free of build-up. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
