Noted the establishment is serving pre-cooked BBQ meats in the outdoor patio. Reviewed outdoor food service requirements. The establishment cannot use the outdoor patio in incremental weather conditions. Food service must ceased or moved indoor. Discuss indoor set up. 6-201.18 - Core: Walls and Ceilings, Studs, Joists, and Rafters Addl Notes: Noted the walls and floor of the food service area is not properly sealed. Use siliconized grout to seal all expansion joint in the area. Then use several coats of marine grade sealant on the floor and walls in the serving area.
