Observed no Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on duty at the time of inspection. Employee was able to contact PIC to come in. PIC was able to provide his up to date CFPM. Observed a large amount of slimy organic matter in the floor drain near the handwash sink. Informed PIC that the floor drains need to be kept clean and free of build-up. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
