Properly calibrated probe thermometers are required at all times for monitoring food temperatures. Establishment shall provide an accurate probe thermometer prior to re-inspection on 8/19/25. Inspector's notes

Observed that the handwashing sink next to three compartment sink had no soap or soap dispenser and the handwashing sink soap dispenser in the employee bathroom did not dispense soap. Employees used the handwashing sink behind the register to wash hands. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Helped the PIC find and replace soap in employee bathroom dispenser and handwash stations using available dispenser replacements from storage room. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
