Inspector's notes

Observed grab and go refrigerator near the door measuring with an ambient temperature of 50 degrees F. TCS packaged food products such as ribs, pot pies, and sliders measured with internal temperature of 50 degrees F. They were recommended for discard. Discussed cold holding and conducting routine temperature checks. Alternative refrigeration is available to operate safely. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
