Observed multiple breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese, sausage, and bacon in beer cooler at 47 to 50 deg F. Per person in charge sandwiches had been in cooler over 24 hours. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed plumbing underneath 3-compartment sink completely disconnected from sink. Person in charge had already placed work order and plumber was able to fix and connect plumbing at time of inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the hand wash sink near the cash register with a pizza cutting spatula and cutter sitting in the sink basin. All hand sinks shall only be kept to wash hands.
