Inspector's notes
Observed a slow leak at one of the soda fountains which was forming a small puddle on the floor. Also observed that one of the drain basins for the soda fountain machine was draining extremely slowly. Discussed with person in charge to have the leak and slow drain at the soda fountain fixed. Discussed with person in charge to reach out to a plumber to service the plumbing. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a floor drain in the back room where the electrical panels are located that had a large collection of organic matter and other debris in the floor drain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the floor drain more frequently to prevent the buildup of organic material in the floor drain. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
