Upon reinspection, observed more than 5 drain flies in the back right corner of the establishment near the soda bibs/boxes. PIC stated that a pest control technician was onsite today to spray and will be back in 7 days. Discussed with PIC that the pest problem must be eliminated by reinspection. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 8/21/2026.

Informed PIC that service from a licensed pest control applicator must occur to eliminate the pest problem. Observed floor to be sticky and suggested mopping the floor to remove all traces of sugar. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 8/10/2026.
