Observed accumulation of black organic matter along drip tray of establishment ice machine. Per person in charge (PIC) drip tray was last cleaned four months prior to inspection. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. Person in charge (PIC) to relocate drip tray to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
