Observed slimy organic matter build up in some of the soda nozzles. Soda nozzles should be cleaned as often as necessary to prevent any slime growth. Please have soda nozzles cleaned more frequently. In the walk in cooler, observed various milks at 50-52*F, butter at 51*F, and bacon at 52*F. All foods that were out of temperature for longer than 4 hours were embargoed. All foods that had arrived on the shipment this morning were holding at 41*F or below still and were moved to beer cooler to cool. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Observed the 2 north side fan units in the walk in cooler completely frozen over. North side of the walk in cooler was holding at 48*F. All TCS foods were removed.
