Observed a shipment of kosher meals received by the hotel. Foods were individual, wrapped meals, some with TCS foods. Salmon and rice meals came in at 55*F. Breakfast plates with yogurt, cream cheese, mini cheese cake, and smoked salmon came in at 57*F. Steak and potato meals came in at 47*F. Breaded hot dog meal came in at 59*F. Puff pastries with cooked veggies came in at 56*F. Omelet and cream cheese pastry meals came in at 62*F. Chicken and rice meals came in at 64*F. Short rib and potato meals came in at 60*F. All TCS foods must come in at or below 41*F. Foods were embargoed. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
