Notes;At time of inspection, could not verify the backflow device on the far left coffee machine. Please ensure it has an ASSE 1022 backflow prevention device similar to the other 2 machines. Observed a very large accumulation of ice on the coils of the soda walk in cooler. Cooler did not hold TCS foods and was holding at 38*F. To ensure it remains in good repair, please have ice defrosted. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. In the dairy/beer walk in cooler, observed various milk sizes and flavors at 46-48*F, butter at 47*F, and bacon at 48*F. All TCS foods were placed in the unit the day prior. All TCS foods were embargoed. Walk in cooler was holding between 44-48*F on inspectors min/max thermometer. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
