Inspector's notes

Observed two spray bottles of the purple kitchen equipment cleaner stored on top of the pizza make-line cold holding rail. The top of the make-line observed to be open and containing open pans of pizza toppings, such as shredded cheese, with the chemical spray bottles directly above the open foods. PIC placed the chemical spray bottles into the appropriate chemical storage area. Discussed storing chemicals in a place away from food, equipment, utensils etc. to avoid contamination of the food etc. and ultimately ingestion of the chemical. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
