Observed hand sink in back prep area with only hot water available - cold water faucet is not functioning. Owner stated he would replace hose and fix as needed. Repair as needed prior to re-inspection on 6/16 (electronic proof may be sent). All hand sinks must have running hot and cold water, and be properly stocked with soap/paper towels at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
