Bean burrito, steak burrito, Philly cheesesteak sandwich in cold hold self service display case temped at 48F to 53F with thermocouple for less than 4 hours per employee. Display case temped at 59F with thermocouple. Employee removed all TCS items from display case to walk in refrigerator and called for repair. Repair/replace as necessary. Utilize walk in refrigerator until repaired. Discussed importance of maintaining all TCS foods at 41F to prevent foodborne illness. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
