Observed spotted black growth throughout walls and ceiling of main walk-in cooler. Also observed an accumulation of biomass along the caulking of the designated hand sink in the kitchen area behind the register. Discussed cleaning frequency with PIC. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
